From neural circuits to disease translation

团队结合功能形态学、神经科学、分子生物学、遗传编辑、动物模型和组学分析,探索代谢疾病、肥胖、帕金森病等相关疾病的新机制与潜在治疗策略。We integrate functional morphology, neuroscience, molecular biology, genome editing, animal models and omics to investigate mechanisms and therapeutic strategies for metabolic disorders, obesity, Parkinson’s disease and related conditions.

代谢与心血管调控Metabolic & cardiovascular regulation

研究中枢神经系统,尤其是下丘脑神经环路对脂肪稳态、能量消耗、脂肪褐变、糖脂代谢和心血管功能的调控机制,重点解析 GABA 能神经元、PKA 信号通路、交感神经投射及神经内分泌因子的作用。We study how central neural circuits, particularly hypothalamic pathways, regulate adipose homeostasis, energy expenditure, adipose browning, glucose and lipid metabolism, and cardiovascular function.

神经退行性疾病Neurodegenerative disease

围绕帕金森病等神经退行性疾病,研究多巴胺神经元功能障碍、神经保护机制、脑内微生态与噬菌体群和疾病发生之间的关系。We investigate Parkinson’s disease and related disorders, including dopaminergic neuron dysfunction, neuroprotection, brain microbiota and phagebiota, and disease-associated molecular pathways.
